Clutch Kit

The clutch kit for an all—terrain vehicle is an important transmission element that ensures reliable and efficient interaction between the engine and gearbox. It consists of several components: pressure and driven discs, a shut-off clutch and a centering sleeve.

A special feature of the clutch kit for an all-terrain vehicle is the high wear resistance of the friction discs, which is achieved through the use of fiberglass and copper fibers in the material. Also, the increased strength and corrosion resistance of the driven disc is provided by heat treatment of the stamped plate and phosphating.

Smooth engagement of the clutch and protection of transmission elements from shock loads are achieved thanks to the original design of the damper plate and the use of springs of different stiffness in the driven disc. All this ensures a long service life of the clutch kit and reliable operation of the all-terrain vehicle in the most difficult conditions.
